What is the Tiffany & Co. Return/Exchange Policy?
Tiffany & Co. Online Return Policy:
- Returns may be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- We are please to offer a complimentary returns and exchange service.
- To return your order, simply visit Returns to print out a shipping label and then arrange for a collection or alternatively drop off your package at the nearest UPS location.
- Merchandise purchased online, will be available for refund or exchange providing it is returned in the same saleable condition as when purchased, and accompanied by the original sales receipt.
- Fragrance must be returned in its original packaging (including seal sticker) and in saleable condition.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of tender and will be processed within 10 working days of the return, excluding delivery charges.
Kindly note:
- Tiffany & Co. does not accept exchanges or refunds on personalised items.
- “Online Exclusive” items cannot be returned to stores.
- We do not offer Scheduled Concierge Delivery for exchange orders.
Tiffany & Co. Return to Store Policy:
Alternatively, merchandise, except for “Online Only” items, will be accepted at the following Tiffany & Co. store locations in London:
- Old Bond Street
- Covent Garden
- Royal Exchange
- Sloane Street
- Westfield London
For items purchased in a Tiffany & Co. store located in Heathrow Airport, or in a concession such as Selfridges and Harrods, please refer to the store’s own Return/Exchange Policy.
